Services & Bookings

All appointments are subject to availability. Full payment may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Your appointment is not considered confirmed until the required payment has been received.

Services, recommendations and styling advice are personalized to the information available at the time of your appointment. While every effort is made to provide thoughtful and professional recommendations, individual preferences, fit, product availability and results may vary.

Cancellatioons & Rescheduling

Life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide as much notice as possible. Cancellations, rescheduling, late arrivals and no shows may be subject to the cancellation policy communicated at the time of booking. Where applicable, deposits or booking fees may be non-refundable.

Closet Edit & In Person Services

Closet Edit appointments include the amount of time specified when booking. Additional time may be available at the current hourly rate and will be discussed with you before additional charges are incurred.

Clients are responsible for deciding which belongings they ultimately keep, donate, sell or discard. hůe is not responsible for items removed or disposed of following a styling or closet recommendation.

Color Analysis

Color analysis recommendations are based on professional assessment and the hůe color analysis process. Color perception can vary depending on lighting, screens, printing and other environmental factors. Recommendations are intended as a personal styling tool rather than an absolute rule about what you may or may not wear.

Digital Products & Free Resources

Digital guides, downloads and other resources provided by hůe are for your personal use only. They may not be copies, reproduced, resold, distributed, shared publicly or used commercially without written permission from hůe. Due to the nature of digital products, paid digital products are generally final sale one delivered, except where otherwise required by law.

Off The Rack

hůe Off The Rack offers curated, previously owned clothing and accessories. Because these pieces are pre-loved normal signs of previous wear may be present. Known significant flaws will be disclosed whenever reasonably possible. Customers are responsible for reviewing available descriptions, measurements and condition information before purchasing. Off The Rack policies regarding returns, exchanges and final sale merchandise will be communicated at the time of purchase and are subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, services and availability may change without notice. Applicable taxes will be added where required.
